Be in time for your session, clients 15 minutes late will have the booking counted as done automatically and the deposit will be not refunded.
Clients may cancel their service without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-Shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 30% deposit.
We appreciate your understanding, as timely cancellations enable us to serve other clients and protects the business from losing income and time due to last-minute changes.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations in line with this policy, with exceptions considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
